The hot way to present property is to create a modern dynamic video with aerial photography and infographics!
Our task was to present the already built business center “Link”, which is located in the heart of Kyiv, and to create a video with a special emphasis on its advantages: location, infrastructure, and modern design.
CHALLENGES
After the concept of the project was completed and approved by the client, we carried out high-quality aerial and ground video shooting. The shooting was carried out in the day and night time, using modern professional equipment. Our goal was to obtain high-quality video material, so that, with subsequent post-processing, we achieve a visually attractive picture for a deeper emotional perception by the customers. In the video, we used a certain style of editing, namely the effect of acceleration and deceleration, which makes it more dynamic and allows better control of the viewer’s attention. We also did deep color correction in Da Vinci Resolve and tracking in order to connect the infographic elements to the virtual space.
