ABOUT THE PROJECT

When you are building a cottage town, it is important to select contractors who will be able to implement everything efficiently and on time, with an understanding of the matter and at the appropriate level. Our many years of experience allows us to quickly navigate the situation and offer the best solution for marketing a country complex.

Through visual storytelling we communicate the strengths of a property, and one of its basic tools is architectural visualization, without which no project starts.

FEATURES OF THE PROJECT

We were lucky with the customer, as the manager from the client's side worked in the field of interior design, and we were on the same page. Therefore, the work went at a good pace and in the shortest time we got the desired result. For this project, we would like to describe in more detail the stages of work and communication with contractors.

I STAGE

At the beginning we get acquainted with the customer and his concept. Then we come to an understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the project. Next, we study the project documentation, architectural and technical drawings of the project. It is also important at this stage to conduct an interview with the customer and discuss all the details.

II STAGE

At the next stage, we make a selection of the content types that we need for optimal visual storytelling. Together with the client, we come up with a visual communication strategy. Here it is important to correctly place the accents on the objects and highlight details of the future picture. In order to do this qualitatively, we need to receive from the client not only technical materials but also understand the positioning of the property and its features.

III STAGE

Throughout the project, a very important factor is the interaction with the customer, namely, feedback and communication with architects and developers. Usually, we try to save our client's time, and, if possible, we communicate directly with contractors, since the speed of work and the progress of the project as a whole depends on this.

RESULT

As a result, we get high-quality visual materials that solve the main task of the client - to sell square meters of the future property. And this result is achieved precisely through visual storytelling: advertising renderings, animated videos and interactive solutions that form the image of a happy future in the mind of a potential property buyer. In such way the client tries to imagine himself and his family already living in the future residential complex or cottage town.
