As part of the project for the High Hills residential complex, we have developed interactive 3D plannings for apartments in a residential complex that has not yet been built.
CHALLENGES
3D plannings are an indispensable tool for the sales departments of building companies. Unlike 2D layouts, which do not give the client a real idea of a future apartment, 3D plannings allow you to form a complete picture, evaluating housing from any angle and in any lighting. When creating them, we pay special attention to light and carefully work out every detail and element of the interior.
RESULT
Our team has created a series of interactive 3D plannings for the High Hills residential complex, which not only help to effectively sell real estate during the construction phase but, at the same time, stimulate the imagination of the potential buyer and give a more realistic view of the future housing.
