The project was implemented using the Unreal Engine 5.2 game engine to present the interior of the residential complex apartments on a touch table application in the developer’s sales department.
A residential complex that offers stylish and modern housing in the vicinity of the city of Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
The complex consists of more than 500 houses of six different types with commercial areas, medical facilities, schools, mosques and park areas within walking distance.
The complex is located close to the sea coast and at a convenient distance from the international airport.
PROJECT FEATURES
An application for a touch table was created, which allows you to:
– view a map of the immediate vicinity with points of interest and distance to them
– show the territory of the complex in detail with all the nearest objects at different times of the day
– using a flexible system of filters, you can select the desired house, sorting by type, distance to the nearest objects, orientation to the side of the horizon, area, status, etc.
– view detailed parameters of the cottage of interest: price, area, status (sold, available or reserved), etc.
– walk through the interior from the first person
The application also synchronizes with a table in Google Docs, from where current data on prices and the status of cottages are taken.
