It’s a demo version of the project, aimed to demonstrate the capabilities of the technology and its application in presentations of real estate objects.
Using three.js, a JavaScript library, we have created an interactive module, that demonstrates the facades of houses and the surrounding area. Also, we have added to the module interface info-markers with information about infrastructure facilities and the residential complex itself.
RESULT
The main thing in the implementation of such a project is the optimization of the 3D scene. Since this is a web-based solution, it is important that the module loads quickly on both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a positive user experience.
