3D plannings are an indispensable tool for the sales departments of real estate development companies and help a potential client make a conscious decision about buying an apartment.
For the “Nobility” club house, we have created detailed 3D floor plans for the presentation of apartments with a particular focus on lighting.
CHALLENGES
In the current project, we paid special attention to detailing 3D plannings, and, especially, lighting: both artificial and natural light were modelled and shows how light enters the room through the windows. Apartments are presented in day and night lighting options, which helps to get a more complete picture of housing. We also carefully worked out each element of the interior with a focus on textures and materials used in the design.
